Hello beautiful people! I'm the depressed mystic of the group. I’ve spent the last decade learning how to live in love and harmony with myself while struggling with my own demons. I came up with a system for myself that I termed MENTAL. I realized that every letter within MENTAL contained something I was doing every day to stay sane. I focused on the basics, what I like to call the foundational actions needed to function. Those actions are: make your bed and meditate, exercise and express yourself, nature and nutrition, togetherness, asking for help and lots of laughter. If you are feeling low they pull you up, if you’re up they help you maintain. During COVID, I was seeing so many statuses regarding depression, anxiety, and addiction. I started sharing my method with others and that’s when Britany said “the world needs this”. I called my artist friend Ashli and low and behold she just so happened to be into neuroscience! Once we developed a solid system, we realized we had something special and had to share it with the world immediately! Can’t wait for you to receive the benefits we all have!
